Make a complaint

The Ombudsman Office of the OCP Group is obligated to full and strict confidentiality with relation to all disclosed information by relevant external parties and related communications, and takes all reasonable measures to ensure and enforce such confidentiality.

The Ombudsman Office does not disclose the identity of whomever approaches the Bureau and/or communicates with it, unless express authorization granted by the latter of doing so.
